Facilities & Resources

DGHE is housed in David Game College, 31-35 Jewry Street, EC3 and is a short walk from Aldgate and Tower Hill tube stations. In 2016/17 the premises underwent a major multi-million pound refurbishment and the Centre now benefits from a modern, well resourced, comfortable, state-of-the-art learning environment.

All classrooms are equipped with audio-visual equipment and comfortable seating with WiFi access available throughout the building. There is a learning resources centre, IT suite, tutorial rooms, 200 seat auditorium, break-out area and café serving hot and cold food and beverages. Students also benefit from an extensive range of online study materials available through the college’s virtual learning environment.

The library provides students with a place to work in a quiet and comfortable environment. At DGHE we are regularly acquiring new up-to-date textbooks every term. Our library stock more than 1000 printed items, including books and magazines to support all the courses delivered by DGHE. At present we provide a short loan service on borrowing books.

DGHE has its own servers that support Internet and web-based applications throughout the College. All students and staff have free access to the web through Wi-Fi and the College has an advanced filtering system that allows students to surf the web in a safe and secure manner. Students are allowed to bring their own tablets and laptops for independent study, but they must adhere to our IT and e-safety policy and respect teachers’ policies on the use of technology during lessons.

DGHE unique auditorium which seats up 200 people, is equipped with top-of-the-range technical facilities to support a whole range of events, from debates and lectures to conferences and media presentations.

If you’d like to book any of our auditoriums or facilities, please contact us at info@dghe.uk.com

DGHE has invested in improving and utilising room spaces by creating a larger canteen area for our students. The DGHE canteen provides facilities for students to eat their own snacks or to buy hot and cold drinks. It is also the ideal place for students to take a break from their studies and relax.
