Students (and staff) can now access a 24-hour online mental health support system Togetherall which used worldwide by almost 100 institutions across the UK.

Now you will have access to an online community of anonymous members from all walks of life, who provide shared and lived experience of struggles with exam stress, relationship issues, isolation, depression and anxiety. In addition, you can access self-guided courses, self- assessments and a library of information.

Supporting the wellbeing and mental health of our DGHE community is a key priority for us, and we recognise that the pandemic is a particularly worrying time. Our Support Services aim to embed wellbeing into all aspects of the DGHE learning experience, from learning and life skills to community, inclusion and support. With Toghetherall we hope to provide opportunities for all of us to seek help if and when needed. This time online/ remote learning is challenging for our whole community and we want our students and staff to feel as connected and supported as possible.
